You can expect two main outcomes as a result of a legacy coaching engagement: clarity on your vision and traction on its execution.
Here’s what that looks like:
- Once your inner mandate is articulated and your guiding star identified, you’ll set strategic goals across your professional and personal life.
- You’ll have an action plan and timeline and start taking grounded action.
- You’ll be prepared to overcome challenges and deal with resistance (others and yours). Your energy, attention, and intention will be aligned.
- You’ll have strategies for (re)assessing your priorities over time, for evaluating your ongoing execution, and for adapting to changing circumstances.
